Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
- Products returned without prior communication and approval
- Custom or made-to-order items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your item
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (showing damage or incorrect product)
- Our support team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved
Returns should only be sent back after receiving confirmation from our team.
Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model:
- Refunds are issued only for approved returned items
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Kenna Lush error (damaged or incorrect item)
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
